National Vitality Week took place between 23 and 27 September 2024 – and the event met with great success here at VBA! It was a fantastic (working) week.
There was a varied programme each day: from inspiring workshops (such as personal leadership and getting a better night's sleep) to a plethora of sports activities, such as a boot camp (run by our very own Inge), tennis and padel lessons, boxing from Power 2 Change, plus a 'supermarket safari'! The ultimate aim was to encourage, motivate and inspire one another and, from that point of view, we certainly succeeded. Our own 'checklist' motivated our colleagues throughout the week to achieve their targets, such as getting to 10,000 steps a day and eating two pieces of fruit.
