We are pleased to announce that our product portfolio has been expanded with composite leaf springs for X250-X290 chassis models.

We worked together with a technology partner specialising in composite processing in the automotive industry to develop a range of composite leaf springs. These leaf springs are suitable for the entire range of existing X250-X290 types of the above makes.

These newly developed springs will reduce the weight by up to 25 kg (!) and increase ride comfort (and ride height) compared to the existing, original leaf suspension. And the other added benefit? Unlike with other suppliers of similar products, you don't need to purchase another additional suspension system such as a VB-SemiAir.

There are three different types of springs available, and your VB-Partner will offer you the right configuration based on the actual vehicle weight and axle load.

As usual, we deliver this as a kit that includes the necessary assembly materials and documentation.

For more information, get in touch with a VB-Partner near you, who will be happy to help.
