By collaborating with Lectoraat Lean in various projects, 'continuous improvement' remains a high priority within our organisation. In the past year, together with the ‘HAN Lean QRM Centre’, we have been working on our continuous improvement process and participated in the 'Continuous Improvement for Teams’ training course within five improvement teams.

Several improvement projects have been set up, not least for our production process and our engineering process. The training course has produced some fantastic and much-needed results, including: awareness, more tools for problem analysis and expansion of steps in our work process.
